Marantz 5004 plus Rega Mini or Rega Brio 3

    What way should I go for best phono results? I'll only use it for my TT, nothing else.

    If Clearaudio has phono preamp...go for that so that you maintain the same sonic...i guess. I have rega rp3 with rega fono.

    The Brio is a better amp than the Marantz. If you are using a Rega phono stage either way then take the better amp.

    So I will see a difference between the Rega amp and just the pre amp?

    You will see a difference between the Rega amp and the Marantz amp. The Mini is very similar to the phono pre amp in the Brio.
