I recall seeing them as a young adult. I saw some of their stuff more recently and it didn't hold my interest. I enjoy a lot of British humor, so it's not that. I prefer somewhat dry humor, although I like a few slapstick artists. Humor is of course highly individualized. I'll take a Peter Sellers or Alec Guinness film any day. Goon Show radio I enjoy.

    I enjoy Fawlty Towers.

Dear real Princess Margaret, thank you for the eels, full stop. They were absolutely delicious and unmistakably regal, full stop. Sorry to mench but if you've finished with the hairdryer could you pop it in the post?;)

I always liked this sketch, despite being 45 or so years old it's still relevant today....more so perhaps...

Legendary guys who were complete originals, though influenced by Spike Milligan. For me, it's a toss up between GRAIL and BRIAN. Then there are all the spin offs from this talented group, amazing really.

My son is starting a semester of Latin in high school. So I showed him a short clip of Life of Brian to give him a head start.

Love The Pythons. I discovered them one summer when I was 12 and the local PBS station started airing them at 11 PM. They are as smart and clever as they are silly.

How anyone who considers themselves any sort of a comedy lover or connoisseur and doesn't find Python funny, is a total mystery to me.

I've seen "Holy Grail" and "Life Of Brian" so many times, but I've only watched "Meaning Of Life" thrice, and the TV series not at all. Not sure why that is.

There are two types of people in this world. The type who thinks Monty Python is hilarious...and the type I don't have any interest in hanging out with. :D
