Exhibit A. (But if you don't agree, of course explain why).

You are entitled to your opinion, and some of their tours have been better than others. But your assertion that all tours after 1970 are boring is unlikely to garner much support. The Fall '73 tour in Europe was incendiary, such as the justly-famous Brussels show from 10/17/73.

IDK but something tells me it's gonna end up being Beatles related...

As soon as they brought underwear models on stage for Honky Tonk Women it was the start of a long, slippery slide. Compare 'Some Girls Live in Texas' to 'Let's Spend the Night Together' as exhibit A.

Mick is too busy running around the stage & catching his breath & sing at the same time.

You should post an example of what you consider a non-boring clip to contrast the one in the op. Otherwise it's hard to tell what you don't like about it.

Ironic that you would use a song from the El Mocambo gig as that is probably one of the top five concerts on most Stones fans' wish lists for a legitimate release. Part of it is on "Love You Live" on side three. Most fans will say that was the best part of the album.

    Disagree completely.

Fair comment. I have heard '73 Brussels but it is very manic, it doesn't have the rich
laid back quality of '70, IMO.

Fair enough, but I always felt Mocambo was weak.

What do you mean by legitimate release though, El Mocambo (Love You Live) was an official release?

"Boring" is probably the wrong word.
Over the years, the Stones have sometimes gone off the rails in some of their live shows. They've stunk at some gigs for sure. In other shows, they've been stupendous. In more recent decades, they have been "professional" (and I personally would not pay hundreds of dollars to see them). BUT I never have thought of them as "boring".

No question '73 was different than 69-70...I love them both.

Well, clearly they were aware of it when they named that one album Sucking In The Seventies...

The Stones had little choice but to change with the times which came mainly from Jagger prodding the rest of the gang into new musical pastures.
Emotional Rescue was a big risk for sure.

Not sure that I wholly agree with the premise of the question.

Having said that I saw Dylan and then the Stones in the same week last decade. The contrast was stark.

One performance was fresh, unpredictable and flush with recent material. The other was, you guessed, the Stones.

Personally that is the kind of Stones stuff I like. Punchy, rockin', to the point. I much prefer that to the longer bluesy, jammy things.

Can't stand when they speed up the songs live, late 60's live Stones will always win with me anyway.

They became more of a showband once they started playing football stadiums. The shows were workmanlike, usually crowd-pleasing, but every song became rushed. Cocaine is not a great drug for enhancing musical performance, IMHO.
