    Hi.

The only one i can think of is the "Grease - OST" (first & last track).

Not talking of reprises..I can't think of another.

    Cheers.

You mean the same recording? If not, three Neil Young albums qualify.

Also, the same version of Porpoise Song appears twice on the Head soundtrack.

    Yes, the exact same recording/song.
As far as I'm aware, i don't think the Grease reprise is any different than the first track.

Arbos by Arvo Part has the title track twice. I never understood that choice.

There was an old CD by the Supersuckers which featured the entire album played twice, and I think it still was less than an hour long.

Well, the 4-CD Buffalo Springfield box set might be the champ here since 21 of the 23 tracks on the 4th CD are identical to tracks that appear on the first three CDs.

A friend told me that the Crabstick album From Measles to Seagulls duplicates one of the songs (accidentally, apparently, because the duplication isn't reflected in the track listing). I have this LP but don't think I've ever listened to it.

Cyndi Lauper's A Night to Remember begins and ends with the song "Kindred Spirit", but the version at the beginning of the album is truncated. Both are quite short.

I have a Joey Dee album on Scepter that features the same recording of "Shimmy Baby" THREE times (once without the vocal), it's a fake live album and they made that song the fake encore.

The notorious Dr. John album on Trip also features some repeated tracks.

Bit of a stretch: the versions of Guns N Roses' Don't Cry on the Use Your Illusion albums are essentially the same. The version on UYI 2 only has a different set of lyrics overdubbed over the UYI 1 version. You can even here the UYI 1 version vocals coming though on UYI 2!

The Graduate soundtrack album has, if I recall correctly, two identical versions of The Sound Of Silence as well as two versions of Scarborough Fair/Canticle back to back.

The Beatles Bootleg Recordings 1963 involuntarily repeats a BBC performance of She Loves You which was recorded once but broadcasted twice on different dates.

Sort of. The second "You Can Get it if You Really Want" is an instrumental, and the second "The Harder They Come" is a full take of the song with no fade. They are the same recordings, but they're not identical.

Close. It repeats a piece but it is a forty second track titled "Epilogue" rather than "Peace Piece."

Somewhere I have one of those dodgy Yardbirds compilations from the very early 1980s on some off-brand European label or other that shows 'A certain girl' as one track, then elsewhere on the same album 'A certain girl (Live version)', but both are the exact same studio recording.

There was a band in the 90's from Minneapolis called the Blue Up? Their sole major label album - 1995's Spool Forka Dish - includes as its penultimate track, the entire album backwards. Thus, all of the album's songs appear twice, albeit in reverse.
