When did you order Vol 2 of the Paramount Set? I ordered mine way back when we first found out about this sale and only just got cancellation notice yesterday. I don't think they charged my card yet as it seems I have only been charged for what has shipped so far but from what you all are saying I better go back and check those AMEX statements to be certain.
I think I initially ordered it around October 25th IIRC; got the cancellation notice on December 5th and immediately ordered from Third Man. Collectors Choice didn't charge my credit card until after it shipped though.
Just got the catalog with a promo code for 15% off over $99, Jan1599. I hope they don't keep lowering the discount
It works. The active codes are 15% off orders over $99 through Feb., newyear15 15% off orders over $99 through Feb., jan1599 20% off orders over $60 through ???, jan1520
Ugh after 4 GREAT orders with them I placed my 5th on Saturday with my eye on the prize of The Rise and Fall of Paramount Records Volume 2. It (and all my other items) was listed as IN STOCK…Now I check my order 3 days later which still HAS NOT SHIPPED and I see that my prize item is in the "ships in 5-10 days" status…Fingers crossed I get this but I'm now a tad skeptical...
I bought around two dozen records in October/November. I'm really struggling to find more than two records to add to my cart, try as I might (and with the $9 shipping it makes those two more expensive than Acoustic Sounds/Amazon) This is all for stuff showing as in stock. I'm mostly interested in the audiophile reissues and in my experience looking at their stock from October, once they sell out they don't get those ones back in stock (with the exception of Impex).
Looks like their base pricing has gone up 5-10%. I tried looking at a few titles that I had ordered earlier and all are now a bit more expensive.

Usually 30 days before the release date (unless that falls on a weekend or holiday, then the following business day).
