Watched this on DVD this week. Great show and we really enjoyed it. Worth checking out.

Yes. Just this last week we were the first to rent it from the local library.

 

Watched the whole first series (not sure if there is a second) on the BEEB recently. Brilliantly conceived and with a fair touch of comedy about it. Highly recommended

 

No second season shooting yet.

 

I too watched the first season streaming on Netflix. Good show.

 

Has not been released on DVD in the US yet though. Don't know about Canada.

It was reported on the news over here a few days ago that NRK and Netflix had agreed to co-produce the second season of Lilyhammer (1st season was NRK alone). Budget went up as well, Van Zandt asked for more money.

 

Season 2 is being made at the moment, hence no SVZ on the Boss's Aussie tour.

Hey everyone,
I just watched the first two seasons of the show and I like it a lot. I also like a lot of the bands that play in the Flamingo bar. Does anyone know of these are real bands?
I tried to find out what the music in episode 4, season 1 is, but didn't find anything.

 

It has a fourth Season in Europe, no? The writing and cast are strong.
