    Hi,

A friend loaned me a turntable so I could play an old record. The needle is bent and twisted. I was looking for a replacement but the styluses I am finding for the Technics/Acutex M207IIE do not match the needle that is in there. In particular, this needle has a diamond-shaped brass (?) tube that I don't see here, for example. Is this some OEM needle or what? Where can I get a replacement of like kind and quality?

    Here are some photos:

Thanks WaxFreak. I found that before but the stylus doesn't look anything like the one I have (no metal tube), so I'm confused. And yes, I'd rather not spend $54, though my friend will want a decent cartridge and needle.
