Nabbed these in the $9.99 bin at UO at Keystone Fashion Mall in Indianapolis.
J Dilla (posthumous, 2013): The Lost Scrolls, vol 1
Black Joe Lewis and the Honeybears: Scandalous (Lost Highway reissue)
The Sea and Cake: The Biz (Thrill Jockey)
Joao Gilberto: Bossa Nova! (Doxology reissue)
Eric Dolphy: At the Five Spot, vol 1 (reissue, distributed by Concord)
Numero o41 Eccentric Soul: A RBG Production
Numero 011 Eccentric Soul: Might Mike Lenaberg
    Syl Johnson: Total Explosion (Hi)
Deutsche Elektronische Music, vol 1 (Soul Jazz)
Harmony VOl 11... Lovers Rock in the UK, 1085-1992 (Soul Jazz)
Lambchop: Nixon (with bonus cd of live stuff) (Merge)
    Mount Moriah: Miracle Temple (Merge)
    Hiss the Golden Messenger: Haw

This is quite a sale. There were hundreds of records in bins marked as $9.99. I passed over some Yo La Tengo and Neu and Tim Buckley this time around. Also noticed numerous Janis Joplin reissues, but I really can't stand her singing (sorry). A baker's dozen seemed like enough...

I took a record I REALLY want to the counter to check its price. It was listed at $50 or so. Coltrane on Atlantic 2-lp reissue. Not on sale, natch.

You sir are a machine! That album "Minimal Wave Tapes" is great stuff... J.Rocc, correct? I have that one and Vol. 2 on FLAC through my drip.fm subscription. Really cool 80's style synth stuff.

Saw one bin of $9.99 LPs at one of my local UO last night but nothing jumped out at me. I did see the Mumford 7" box for $29.99 but don't recall much more.

Wound up ordering the Fleetwood Mac box online as I've been eyeing it for months. Added RAC: The Strangers for $5 to kick in free shipping.

I just got a package from them with my MBV in it and it is so dog eared and beaten up that I'm probably going to return it…Sad as I was looking forward to this one for $9.99 but not in this condition.

Received my Calexico "Algiers" LP yesterday. I was intially concerned since it was in a multi-LP box with something moving around inside (the LP?). However, it was dobule-boxed with a padded LP mailer on the inside. Also, I thought I was breaking my LP purchasing rule since the CD version is nicely mastered (DR10, actually). I noticed it comes with the CD, as well (best of both worlds). All this for approx $10 shipped. Way to go UO!

I hit a few stores in my area over the last three weekends and the sale is still going strong - depending on your location, there are some great deals to be had.

I picked up a boatload of good stuff! (EC Give Me Strength Box Set, Syl Johnson Box, Twinight's Lunar Rotation box, The Band Music From Big Pink MFSL, Dinosaur Jr, Nina Perrson, Sonny Rollins, Paul Simon Graceland, Toadies, U2 Unforgettable Fire, loads of KISS reissues).

I got the Twinight's Lunar Rotation 4-LP set for $9.99 (marked down from $46) - a great deal. Everything else I picked up was either $4.99 or $9.99 except for:

Syl Johnson box ($39.99 - markdown from $79.99)
    EC box ($14.99, was $59.99 I believe)
KISS Alive! ($14.99 - all other KISS titles were $9.99)

Yes, my eyes must have popped out of my head when the VU box rang up at $40. I was amazed. And Savages vinyl is black, but still a good deal.

Also picked up the following 2LP sets for $9.99:
Eccentric Soul: A RBG Production (Numero Group)
Nuggets: Original Artyfacts 40th Anniversary 180G
    Deurtsche Elektronische Musik Volume Two

I tried that once before and they told me if I saw it on the website cheaper they would match it. It was a moot point because the item was not on the website and it rang up as sticker price.

Well, they did end up marking the Twinight's Lunar Rotation box down to $9.99. I also picked up the Eagles and VU boxes for $39.99 each.

I was in the Burlington, MA store this past Sunday and I think I saw a copy of the VU box in their (very small) clearance bin. It didn't strike me at the time because I'm not a fan, but if anyone is interested I'm guessing it might still be there. Maybe call them?

The Fleetwood Mac box set is $44.99 online but did NOT ring up in-store at that price. They will match the website.
