Mind Blowin' was his Cypress Hill ripoff album.

The nu-metal album was Hard To Swallow which was a Limp Bizkit ripoff album:

which has the remake of Ice, Ice Baby called Too Cold

Yes, I own the first two on cassette. But, not III... Lol. If it's any consolation, I also have the Coming Out of Our Shells cassette that was exclusive to Pizza Hut! :righton:

I saw Vanilla Ice do a show in Austin around the timeframe of this album - maybe 1997 at the latest - at a club called Bob Popular. He did the Cypress Hill ripoff material and it was not well received (to say the least). To this day this may be the only show I have ever attended (for free in my defense) where the majority of the audience was expressly there to ridicule the headliner.

You got to go to the show?!

Okay, now I really am jealous!

"Pizza power! Flying saucer food delight...". Now that will be stuck in my head all day.

Just awful. LOL! Entertainingly bad. This was exactly what I expected it to be. I knew how it would sound before I heard it. LOL!! Mr. Winkle never learned that music doesn't come from a textbook. It's not a recipe. It comes from the heart and you have to believe it. If you don't, no one will care. With each new release, he'd say, "this is really who I am and there's no image behind it". The problem is that the images changed so radically that we can't know who he really is.

I did too! I bought them both on CD a few years ago and they held up pretty well (I like the orcheSHELL scores on both). :)
