Stumbled across this one is a recent trawl. Wonderfully quirky psych, sounding Stonesy and Who-like at the same time.
    Any fans?

No CD version in print, but entire album can be heard here:

I want to have this album on CD. It was on reissued on Fallout records but was pulled off the market by one of the band members. I wish Sundazed would reissue this on CD.

I want it on CD too. Do you happen to know which member put the kibosh on it? Very surprised Sundazed isn't all over this one.

It was a while ago that I read about this while poking around online. I'll try to find it again.

Another fan here! Picked this up mid-1970s. Sounds like '67 psychedelic Stones filtered through a Brooklyn garage. Love it!

Never heard of 'em until now, but I'll click on any Clarkophile thread. TMOQ and all. I think I like this; it's actually more distinctive in sound than I expected. Astounding the oddball stuff that gets more or less randomly selected for LP reissue these days, ain't it?

Btw, Amazon has a VG CD copy for $47.48 if you're a superfan.

I can't find the article or remember the name of the band member who called out Fallout records for the Koala CD coming out in supposed poor sounding needle drop quality. If anyone can find it on the web I would like to read about it again.

I'm always a sucker for the sound of a lot of these obscure records, even if the writing can be, at times, undistinguished, but I was immediately impressed with the quality of the songs across the whole record. "Look at the Way She Comes"...I mean, how is this not recognized as a psych classic? Sound like Jagger/Richards jamming with Moon/Entwistle.

Fwiw, I wrote Sundazed and asked if they've ever considered this Sundaze-izing this one. Considered picking up the Fallout CD (cheapest I could find it was around 30 bucks!) but if it's only a poor needeledrop, why bother.

    Unfortunately no one wrote back.

After the Koala split, the two Dambra brothers went on to form Sir Lord Baltimore, a decidedly heavier band which abandoned psych altogether. Any fans?

I'm listening to them at this very moment. Well produced with good punch. Riffage galore.

I'm still playing it regularly. Not a bad track on it. This album really needs to be championed by some label. For me, this is a true Where Have You Been All My Life record.

Astounding to me how our music collecting circumstances seem to allign sometimes................Picked up the original Koala album about 3 months ago at my local music emporium......think it is quite a good record-obscure 60s psych with an early Stones vibe is always right up my alley.
And 3 bucks was certainly a no brainer price for it.
