Excuse me, do you own the 'Mr. Tambourine Man' album?
    Do you dig the album?

How many copies/pressings of the album do you have now?
How many copies/pressings of the album have you owned over the years:
4-track/8-track cartridges, cassettes, records, cds, digital files/downloads, ...?

    From here.

    Who am I to judge
:hide: what is the essential/core music by The Byrds (1964–1973)?
Nevertheless, perhaps the following might be helpful:
'All essential music by The Byrds (1964–1973)' includes:
all essential/core (important, best) studio albums and at least one live album.

'All officially recorded and released music by The Byrds (1964–1973)' means:
all singles (both A-sides and B-sides), bonus tracks, outtakes,
    alternative takes, rarities, oddities, remixes, ...;
all studio albums, all live albums, remix albums, etc.

I own lots of Byrds releases, official and otherwise, but other than the original five reunion things and all the later tracks on the two box sets I don't own anything by them beyond Sweetheart of the Rodeo.
So, I'm an intense fan of the original Byrds but passed that, not much. I switched my allegiance to Gene Clark. :D

I bought all the Byrds albums as they were released, until they went country. I still have the albums and multiple cd copies of Mr. Tambourine Man, Turn Turn Turn, Fifth Dimension, and Younger Than Yesterday. Can't really say that I have a favorite, but I have a comp I made with my favorites from each album that is killer. The Byrds are one of my all time favorite bands.

I've had it before in my previous (now lost collection). It's my favorite of the non-Clarence White Byrds LPs

Their discography and musical arc is amazing. IMHO very essential to most rock music fan's collection.

I have most of their original LPs, including some mono ones where applicable, as well as Tambourine Man, Byrd Bros & Sweetheart on CD + several discs from the 90s box set. I also have the 73 reunion LP.

Lifelong fan. 10 studio albums + "Untitled" (1/2 studio 1/2 live) + The Byrds Greatest Hits + 1990 4-CD box set
Also a vote for one of the coolest, although slightly creepy, album covers of all time:

I've bought everything released by Byrds or ex-Byrds except for McGuinn's rehashed folk song crap.

I like the Byrds, but all I have is the "20 Tracks from the Box Set" disc, which I got cheap from a record club. I actually have far more Roger McGuinn solo albums.

I have a greatest hits CD (probably the 20 tracks one) and a double LP greatest hits set. And the Younger than Yesterday album on CD.

I'm not sure. Certainly I have hits compilations on vinyl and CD, and I know I have one studio LP on vinyl but I forget which.

All the studio albums on remastered CD's thru Ballad Of Easy Rider, the live CD and the original box set. Also have mono vinyl reissues of MTM and 5D and vinyl reissue of SOTR. I believe that counts as all "essential" Byrds music.

Byrds is my favourite American band.
I own all studio albums (also "Untitled/Unissued" that is partially live) and one live album (Fillmore East) + "In the Beginning" on CD.
I also own most of their studio albums + "In the Beginning" on vinyl record.
