I try to be at least a little careful about reading previous posts, maybe try to add a little value. In doing a search on other threads, I found that privit1 listed three of my favorites, right in a row, so I have to give him credit for getting there first, in a thread on this topic just last month.

There are days I count Mellon Collie as a triple in my head, because some of the b-sides are absolutely indispensable, but I could easily add Chicago II to that list.

There's a bunch of live ones I'd add, but the only other fat- and filler-free studio choice for me is The Cure's Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me, a 2-disk LP that came out on a single CD.

I've got a real soft spot on "Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me" by The Cure. It could have been better if some of the weaker tracks were swapped with some B sides ("chain of flowers", "Snow In Summer" , "Breathe", "A Japanese Dream").
