Hans van Zutphen's "Perfect Declipper" [Anyone used it?]

Has anyone here used this ? Fact or Fiction ?

The results, from watching the video below, appear to fall in the "too good to be true" category.

Any feedback greatly appreciated.

 

I would have thought it would be a pointless tool as you aren't going to get back any detail lost in the clipping process unless you have access to the source material. I'm no expert though so I am probably talking complete nonsense.
