Thanks Tim - I'll share that with my sister!!! She'll appreciate the encouragement. She's an accomplished artist but has only recently taken up Encaustic. They are better in person!! jh
Haha. Strangely enough, and very much out of character, he is one of my guilty pleasures from time to time. He has a very New York story teller persona that I enjoy. Say Mazzy, I'm in Vancouver BC, and head down to the Seattle Record Swap Meet twice a year, with the wife. She's also a huge vinyl collector. Do you ever go? We should make a point of meeting up sometime.
I went to the swap at Seattle center about month or so ago. Hit me up next time. I moved to Seattle 14 months ago and I'm dying to get up to Vancouver. It's Vern around 15 years.
I was at the same swap a month ago. I was the guy with the beige taped up vintage record box, with a Canadian flag sticker on the side. Haven't missed a Seattle Swap in years and years and years. There are some really good vinyl shops in Vancouver, which I could introduce you to. Let's make a point of touching base in the future.
Nice vintage Gretch kit. If I'm ever lucky enough to get to Seattle I would love to take you up on your offer.
I finally finish with cables for DAC , they are more expensive then DAC unit. Is it insane ,better when I don't count.
. . Vintage cameras and vintage hi-fi about the room. Do think I should dust that beam today?.......... YIKES! ............................maybe tomorrow. .
