No Blonde On Blonde or JWH Session Photos:Why?

There seem to be photgraphs from all of Dylan's 60s session, except for these two albums. Does anyone know why (or does anyone know different?)?

 

Maybe Columbia in Nashville didn't go for that?

 

I've read that none of the Nashville wrecking crew even knew who Dylan was.

 

That's what else I was thinking - that they were session pros and photos were a bit passe?
