I'll start with the Ventures "Nutty."

A song the Bruins used as an opening song in the 70's.

I'd say probably half of all the songs I listen to are instrumental. A few current favourites in no particular order:
    • Penguin Cafe Orchestra, "Perpetuum Mobile"
    • Yasuaki Shimizu, "Semi Tori No Hi"
    • Tim Hecker, "Castrati Stack"
    • Duane Pitre, "Bayou Electric"
    • Jlin, "Black Ballet"
    • Earth, "The Bees Made Honey in the Lion's Skull"
    • Pye Corner Audio, "Electronic Rhythm Number Three"
    • Fleetwood Mac, "Albatross"
    • Belle and Sebastian, "F**k This S**t"
    • John Surman, "Whistman's Wood"
    • Blixa Bargeld, "Ouverture (from Dumpfe Stimmen)"
    • Arvo Part, "Spiegel im Spiegel"

Any form of instrumental music. Rock, Jazz, Classical...if it's a favorite of yours (or mine) it's worth noting. Though, Classical and Jazz have the upper hand in volume.
