And I'll add the Sex Pistols' "Filthy Lucre" live CD from the '96 reunion. That tour got a ton of "sell out" press but it was the original four guys who actually created the "Never Mind the Bollocks" album and the show I saw was unbelievably great. There are plenty of great Sex Pistols soundboards out there but this official album kicked ass.

Of course I have! I wouldn't allow myself on a music forum if I hadn't.

His smooth and jazzy renditions of his 60's hits/duets are perfect for those who weren't fond of his earlier Motown Pop sound. :)

True, I do enjoy the medleys in his later concerts, but other than that, Marvin himself doesn't do much for me live in that era.

Dunno about underrated, but Devo's 'Now It Can Be Told' from 1988 with the acoustic Jocko Homo could probably be loved on a little more. Solid performances, IMO...

Their hipster beards are overrated, though.

Warren Zevon's Stand in the Fire. Great energetic live show that serves as a nice little summation of Zevon up to that point (1980).

Jason Isbell - Live From Alabama. All songs are great including one titled "Danko/Manuel" and a cover of Young's "Like a Hurricane". But the best is an awesome rendition of his own "Decoration Day".

Here's a different live performance of that song:

I saw that tour. Rosemont Horizon just outside of Chicago. Gary Moore opened. It was about as exciting as waiting in a dentist office reception room. Completely sterile and lifeless.

The version of Bow River on this one is a thing of beauty and rage. Unsurpassed.
The cover of the Hoagy Carmichael's Georgia give me the shivers every time I hear it. This album is compiled of the Last Stand concerts but I like The Last Stand soundtrack slightly more.
The Chisels made a lot of great live albums: You're thirteen, you're beautiful and your mine is an ace live-Ep. Ringside is a fine recording of a later day come-back show. But check The live tapes vol. 2: Bombay Rock if you can stand the heat:

I think Ryan Adams Live At Carnegie Hall is as enjoyable as almost any live album to me. Very simple solo acoustic and very well recorded. Not quite Neil Young Live At The Cellar Door but it made me think of that one so there you go.

Foghat has an obligatory double live album.

Their first and best was a single from 1977. The second one was in 2006 with Roger Earl and Craig MacGregor. And it is no where near as good as the first. I was going to mention Foghat live but it had I Just Wanna Make Love to You on it. It was double platinum and henceforth it didn't really meet the OP's criteria.
As I was looking through my CD's last night, here are a few more I enjoy that I think weren't huge.........

Warren Zevon - Learning to Flinch
    Head East - Live
Crosby-Nash - Live and Another Stoney Evening
Humble Pie - Live at the Whisky 1969
Ten Years After - Live at the Fillmore
The Guess Who - Live at the Paramount
    Hot Tuna - Double Dose

Nutz- "Live Cutz". Great live "pub-rock" LP from the group that later became Rage.

Incredibly recorded, tight and tightrope performances, amazing songs. I was a Precoda-era snob until I heard this. A must-own, one of the greatest live albums of the 80's.

Neil Diamond "Gold". Just before things all went mystical and "Sulaimon-ish". Small room, amazing band, classic song choice, an excellent, intimate recording from 1970.
