I'm still kicking myself for not getting in on the Clarity sets when they were $50 and we could get one of the first 50 copies. I could have got all the studio albums I wanted, 1-4, So and Us. Worst part is, I can still see on this very forum where I questioned the cost and why my SACDs were probably good enough for me.

I found Clarity-3 on eBay sealed last year for $79, couldn't believe my luck as it normally goes for $250+.

I have no doubt the tape-sourced ones were as the 2002 33rpm versions specify tube cut.

Did anyone else notice this error - "On 2 October 2015 Peter Gabriel’s first four self-titled solo albums are being made available on vinyl for the first time since 2002."

    Clarity releases were 2009!

They might have been. Bernie Grundman was using both his SS and Tube cutting lathes at the time.

Hah, yeah. Judging from the fact that they scanned the artwork from the original prints, these have the opportunity to be the best looking copies of these albums.

If these records indeed turn out to be sourced from 24/96 digital files, wouldn't it be better to just purchase the files if offered separately?

Not if you want them on vinyl. Besides you get both with the vinyl

Seems they've changed it, now it's 167 and drops to 139

Bogus!! Missed it by literally an hour

So is that $113.00 total for the 4 LP bundle only?

Yeah. It's $140 if you want the German albums also.

Yep-at least it WAS anyway. Looks like the price went up sometime right after I bought mine last night. I guess I lucked out on this one.

Guys (and gals), use the currency dropbox to change from dollars to pounds Stirling. It will come up as 67.99 pounds the bundle, that us). When you put in your address, it will subtract VAT, dropping it to about 57 pounds. The exchange rate is about 93 dollars. Pay for that through Pay Pal or whatever.

It sounds like the best deal so far:
Set up account on the Realworld site.
If you are in the US, pay in GBP.
If you are purchasing both bundles, the average price per the 6 titles is $23+ for each.
    Not too shabby.

And doing both bundles that way comes out to $140.

Very nice, works out to around CDN$118 that way, far better than $139 US which converts to around CDN$180!

Interesting flaw in their system there.

I wonder if the inflated US price is to account for the fact that there's free shipping, because I'm assuming that they're going to be shipping these from the UK.

Has anybody ordered from RealWorld before? Where do they ship from? It says in the Terms and Conditions that they're located in Wiltshire, England, but I wonder if they have a US distributor.

That was an option, too?? I wonder how inexpensively the set could be had. $118 Cdn exchanges to $92 US!!

Well, not exactly. I mean there's clearly a flaw in the system. They do ship exclusively from there. It US retailers sell them, they'll be $45 a piece, I'll guess.
