We finally got an official release of the Beach Boys doing "You've Lost That Loving Feeling" from the mid 70s with just Brian doing the lead vocals. I really wish that they had done a full band version with all of the Boys kicking on the various different parts.

 

I wish Elvis had recorded The Guess Who's These Eyes during the 1969 Memphis Sessions.

 

Current-day Bob Dylan doing a take of James McMurtry's "Choctaw Bingo" is high on my list (although Ray Wylie Hubbard did an admirable cover of his own).
