Near silence on the DVD front. Do blu-rays still have to be submitted to the manufacturer 3 months in advance due to backlog?

Have EH even made any confirmation beyond the RSD 45 saying Atlanta would be the next "release"? Staying very coy about audio and video format(s).

Do we know if it's the same edit as the old VHS or is it a new cut with more tracks etc?

I'll wait for the Blu-ray. Already have the Stages version and the Japanese VHS so no rush to get this.

Was this a day time gig? I'm trying to remember if I've seen it before.

2cd set and following video are most welcome!

I was there. Even allowing for our burnout -- after days of fun at this massive event -- my recollection is that Hendrix wasn't worth the wait and sounded drugged out. So many great bands gave great performances at Atlanta 2 -- his wasn't one of them.

I imagine the fix will be in before these tapes go officially public.

Is even possible to get it in tune with pro-tools from the multitrack. At least more manageable?

EH knowing fans are more likely to buy the show on more than one format if the release is staggered. Maybe audio and video formats will each include exclusive material.

The guitar strings are out of tune in relation to each other; as far as I know there is no existing software that can handle that (yet).

The Sony Polish site mentions Hey Baby in the blurb for this CD release!
Given what I have heard of this mix from Kramer so far I think this set will be well worth the listen, with or without HB.
