odious characters from movies

Gary Cole as "Bill Lumbergh" in Office Space:

 

Oh I think so too. Mmmmkay?

He did a superb job. Maybe the best acting in the film. And he's the nicest guy. Coincidentally, he lives near me in a neighborhood similar, and nicer, than the one where the movie takes place. Last place you'd expect to see Guido the Killer Pimp.

 

Chris Finch, from the original The Office - likely the most realistic 'odious' character mentioned thus far (indeed, I'm sure we've all met him at least once in our lives).



Now, some might suggest David Brent (the Gervais character) from the original The Office as 'odious', but I'd argue his behaviour results from stupidity and ignorance rather than outright meanness or malice...
