Back when Neil still had a website (NeilInnes.org), I'd hear every now and then about an organization called the NISA, the Neil Innes Sound Archives, that you could get in touch with somehow and get your hands on a number of exclusive CD's they put together - I specifically remember one called "Karaoke Tea Party", containing the backing tracks of the Rutles soundtrack.

Anyone know how one might get their hands on NISA material n0w?

There's currently a four-CD box set of his material available (which I think also includes some demos). IIRC, it also includes a DVD featuring selections from 'The Innes Book Of Records'.

I don't know. I'd love to have known about a Rutles backing tracks disc.

£14.99 here in the UK; far too much as I've been out of work for the last three years. Such is life.

I have 7 N.I.S.A DVDs all that were available when Neil Innes was selling them... On of the discs is a bit "ify", but all the others are OK
