What's your favourite Blues record today??

How's the sound quality of this on CD? I see there's also a 2013 Japanese remaster. I need to get this.

It may be out of print. It can still be had, I just noticed it's priced a lot higher than when I bought it.

One of those albums I don't listen to very often, but when I do, I don't know why I don't listen it to it more often. It's really good.

 

I'm usually suspect of young, white blues phenoms, but no reservations about this one. RIP Johnny.

I will third this album! Being a guitar player, it's had me on the hunt for a Harmony Monterey acoustic ever since!

I was happy to score a coupla early Savoy Brown discs over the weekend. With Lonesame Dave, Roger Earl, and Tony Stevens this plays pretty much like an early Foghat record.

 

Is this with the Butterfield Better Days band?
