ImportCDs.com and bad customer service

After years of ordering from ImportCDs I have accepted that their cheap prices are cheap because they don't include much service and sometimes not even a working web site. I can't expect from them what is standard elsewhere. My order gets here when it gets here. I know that going in. I only ask that I not get charged for something I didn't order, and no CDRs, please.

Hmmm. Did you use you card via Paypal? Because from what I recall, it's only with Paypal that they hit you up right away. Or as you say it is a case of them saying "we have it in stock so charge the $ now" but then did not even ship it for another 5 days

 

Nope, Paypal wasn't involved at all.
