Captain Boday on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. C'mon. He's a man with a toothy smile and a transparent skull. What's not to love?

 

Not seen (not his face anyway), but certainly heard.

 

My "Star Trek" pick would be Herbert, the low level government official with the rigid and limited patterns of thought in the Space Hippies episode.

I'd also nominate the 4th person on any historical list that Spock ever reels off. Seems like the first three are always real pre-1967 Earth names, then we get the fictional names from other planets.

We did see her with a pie in her face during the Thanksgiving episode.

 

I have the entire series on DVD which also contains Mrs. Columbo, but I skipped those when I worked through the set. To this day I still haven't seen his wife.
