I forget if there is an issue with blu-rays and regions. I'm guessing that if there is no video (if the blu-ray is audio only) then regions don't matter.

 

In my experience, far more blu-rays than dvds are region free.

Not to threadcrap, but for folks in the U.S., it is $10.72 shipped with Prime on amazon.com (plus tax, if applicable). That comes out to only about $2 more with shipping than amazon.co.uk, and it's easier to return it to Amazon-U.S. if you have an issue. Also, it is an AutoRip title on amazon.com. It is an AutoRip title on amazon.co.uk, but the MP3s are not available to buyers in the U.S.

You're right, but for me, it seldom makes sense to purchase single items at .co.uk. Three seems to be the magic number, as the third item (unless it's something heavy, like a book or a boxed set) only bumps the postage up by a pound or so. That's when the voices tell me I need, say, Scott Walker's first album, because it'll just be an extra $6 if I'm ordering two CDs already.

If only AutoRip weren't region-bound.

 

I'm with you. Unless I have at least three items I want to order from amazon.co.uk, I will either wait to get something or simply buy it elsewhere since the shipping costs to the U.S. for a 1 or 2 item order usually negates any savings.

 

They've got the upcoming Rolling Stone LP/DVD sets cheap as well.

If you're on an iPad and are taken to your country's Amazon store instead of the one that has the deal, simply hold down on the link until a sub-menu appears and select "open tab". Bingo.

 

It's $48 in USD but you can buy it from an Amazon seller in the US for $51. There was one at Amazon US yesterday for about $31 with damaged box but it sold. I'm holding out hope to pay in the low $30's like I did with Another Self Portrait vinyl set.

Thanks grabbed this along with the Allman Bros "Original Album Classics" set which has their 1990-1995(?) albums (~$20) which is not a great deal by any means but was in my .uk basket for some reason.
