    All four Beatles met on occasion well into the late 70s. Linda and Yoko both have pictures, but they won't be published until after all parties have died. In the early 70s, they decided that the 'official story' should be more clear cut to make it seem like they hated each other, so it would be a bigger deal if they got back together. When John died, they decided that the story needed a happy ending without making the public feel misled, so they decided to wait until after everyone had died to reveal the truth.
