Unearthed Dutch radio interview with John & Yoko from 1972

This tape has recently been unearthed from the archive and contains acoustic versions of Attica State and The Luck Of Irish. You can listen to it through the link. Have these two versions been officially released?

I think these songs were played on the "Lost Lennon Tapes" and were recorded at a benefit at Ann Arbor.
