Rega RP1 anti-skate setting?

    I recently purchased the Rega RP1 fitted with the Rega Carbon cartridge. Could someone please tell me which setting should the anti-skate be set to?

    You may well find the Rega anti-skate to be very finicky. Mine has been at zero for the past several years. A lot has been written about this on the various turntable forums.
