I managed to get it at time of release for £69.99 from HMV.com, I think Amazon was always up around the £80 mark, apart form the first couple of days of pre-ordering where it was more like £99.

Anybody who ordered the Moog box set last week may find that they have an Autorip version of it on their account waiting to be downloaded, my friend who ordered one for me has just informed me of this oddity.

 

I ordered but it was cancelled so I don't think there will be a download for me.,

 

Be careful though. It seems like I heard somewhere that when you download the "free" version then cancel the order you end up getting a charge for the download. This may be different since it was Amazon that canceled the order.

 

Why is it that whenever I click on a link posted to Amazon UK it ends up taking me to the US site? Is there a setting I can change that would allow the links to work properly?

 

Because your browser is allowing VigLink to re-direct you to the US site to try to generate money for the person who manages the Forum software. There have been several discussions about this, but the policy persists, so I suggest you do a Search in this very thread for the term viglink and you will discover a number of solutions. Pick the one which works best for you and your browser.

Do this once, and the problem goes away forever (or until you delete cookies). Works with all browsers; no annoying add-ins needed.

Two reviews--both say the DVD won't play.

Ok, figured it out and it's one of those strange Amazon things.
The item in question is the USA version from EagleRock, it is in NTSC, I put in the ASIN number on Amazon US and it came up as their default version:

A good story from Amazon.UK.
There was this week a pre-order for the "Around the world" vinyl from Prince for 2 or 3 UK pounds.
I ordered two copies. Today I got the cancelation mail from them but as a service they still will send me one (1) copy for the pre-order price.
Now that's service. Thanks UK !!!

 

I ordered one copy and haven't received anything notification from them. Fingers crossed they'll honour it!
