    It's a great album, I love Jeff's guitar tone.

Never listened to "Wired", but I will check it out later!

… and don't get me started on the classical stuff.

I just *love* instrumental albums. :goodie:

Cheating a bit here, but the Henry Mancini CD: Mr. Lucky and Mr. Lucky Goes Latin. Jazzy and relaxing; easy listening to be sure, but keeps your interest with variety, great arranements, and great playing.

I don't have that many purely instrumental records, but I like the following very much:

    "Time Out" -- Dave Brubeck

"Six Wives of Henry VIII" -- Rick Wakeman

"Themes" -- a Vangelis compilation heavy on film music

"Round Midnight" -- a Herbie Hancok compilation

Most of my collection is instrumental, so it is like asking me what my favorite album is. Too many to mention.

Assuming jazz doesn't count as it would make up around 60 percent of my top 100 albums, and I won't count classical, it would be among:

John Fahey - Days Have Gone By
Sandy Bull - Fantasias For Guitar and Banjo
    Tangerine Dream - Phaedra
Booker T and the MG's - Melting Pot

Choosing one jazz album (or even ten) would be impossible so I'll leave them out. One out of these four.

Tortoise - Millions Now Living Will Never Die
Jon Hassell / Brian Eno - Fourth World Vol 1 - Possible Musics
    Sunn O))) - Monoliths & Dimensions
    The Necks - Hanging Gardens
