eBay successful bidders who don't pay

    I have recently "sold" two items on EBay only to have the successful bidder not pay. The first was for a Jackie McLean record for $107 with the auction closing 6 days ago. More recently, another Blue Note sold for $78 to someone in Japan 3 days ago and again, no payment followed.
    Has this happened to anyone else?
    And
    Can I or EBay do anything about it?

    Make sure you don't ship anything before someone pays! Unpaid item dispute....
