Does anyone have/use one of these? Opinions?

I love the sound of my Bottlehead Foreplay III; but, it's purist (a pain for needledrops, of which I do a ton). This one seems to have that tube goodness and has a mono/stereo switch, tape loop and a 100 ohm output impedance; no balance control though. Perhaps I could swap in a stereo stepped attenuator. (I just wanted to "upgrade" my speakers and now my whole dang system is undergoing change. )

I heard it at AudioGold when auditioning a 2nd hand Quad 303. Well built & sounded superb.

    Thanks for the reply!

It also looks like it's built with tube rolling in mind; a good thing IMHO.

There have been a few reviews of them in the UK audio press I ran across several years ago. My memory is they were sonically good but build quality was a bit of an issue as one might expect from the price point of some of their models.

I've got an Icon Audio headphone amp and have no issues with the build quality, it's built like a tank and sounds superb.
