Bought this for my 14yo niece as a present, who is currently under a Wall fixation right on schedule for her age. Watched the bonus features with Gilmour and Mason which were nice to see. Only had a chance to watch about the first 30 minutes of the film proper, but that was plenty for me and I will leave her to enjoy the rest with others.

I pre-purchased the uber deluxe boxed set late last year and received the "place holder" folder soon afterwards ... and nothing since.

Anyone know when this box'll be ready to go?

Do the CD and LP contain only the music and not the interview parts?

The CD only contains the music, and I would assume the LP is the same

I'm sure he will stick to this M.O. for his 18 month world tour starting in 2017.
He's used vocal assistance on every one of his solo tours, relying on it more and more with each tour since 1984.

This is how he signed someone's book. Is this some kind of bad joke? I'd be pissed off.

Maybe they'll start selling some without the mural fragment and without Roger Waters' autograph for ⅓ or ¼ of the original, excessively overpriced "art piece" price.

Or better yet, maybe they'll start streaming the documentary on Netflix or YouTube.

There's something about the Super Deluxe Edition. It contains the full live soundtrack and also "the brand new score by Roger Waters." What the heck is the new score? It claims to only be available in this Super Deluxe Edition...

The full live soundtrack is the same as the standard CD release as far as I can tell. The "brand new score" is the incidental orchestral music that appears in the film when the scenes are not the concert footage (military cemeteries and whatnot).

I'd be interested in the track listing for the new score. Is that available somewhere? Not on Discogs yet, last time I looked.

    Really? That's... uhm... weird.

I wonder if this set was one that he personalized for a friend but somebody else slapped the wrong shipping label on it. If so, I'll bet there are a few other people that got strange inscriptions by mistake as well.

The one on eBay just reads "love R". Pretty minimal.
