I always loved The Marcus-Nelson Murders, which was the TV movie that introduced Kojack. Really gritty NY filming and based on a true story.

Bad Ronald. I remember during summer vacation a group of friends sitting around watching the afternoon movie - and this came on. We just loved it! It has stuck in my mind ever since. I've yet to be to find it anywhere.

The great thing about this was seeing KISS walk and talk. Up until this point I had only known them by record covers, magazines etc. Hearing and seeing them speak was a surreal moment for this 10yr old.

But yeah, it was terrible. I remember my father letting out a sarcastic sigh and leaving the room after 15 minutes.

I had the Marvel comic(Printed with KISS blood), and thats what Phantom Of The Park gave us right down to their specific powers. For example what Ace did was called "bopping onto the dimensional freeway"

    CHOPPER?!

Anybody remember Tribes from 1970? Hippy, played by Jan-Michael Vincent , is drafted and eventually wins over his superiors. Darren
McGavin and Earl Holliman also star.

Their house in this film is a few doors down from my mom's house in Houston. They filmed this in Houston. Funny, I don't think it resembles Florida. Every time it's gone on the market, the realtors use this as a selling point.

It's available on DVD-R through the Warner Archice. Picture quality is only fair at best.

Weird movie. It's been stuck in my head since childhood, too.

Remember this one? Search for the Gods with Kurt Russell. It was supposed to be a series, but never took off. Pity.

He left the room before the band even entered the film, except for the opening credits. Then again... I don't blame him!
