Elvis Presley's Graceland: Hidden Graceland. A More Intimate Tour.

Thought this was pretty cool. The archive director takes a gentleman through the Graceland Mansion to reveal some things that you would never see on the "velvet roped tour".

Kind of neat to see the rooms from angles that you wouldnt normally see. Still striking how small the mansion is. The commentary is a bit hokey, but still very cool to be up that close to the things in the rooms. Kind of spooky too. Most has remained "untouched" and if the lady does move something she puts it right back where it was at.

Oh, and youll need some white gloves

Yeah, its kind of deceptive looking at times. This is from the little celebration Lisa and family did. The footage is kind of bland and akward. But I was more paying attention to the mansion. Looks kinda big in this footage:

 

And here is Graceland shot probably just after Elvis was inducted. Open countryside then.

Also, the raquetball court could be cool to explore. Elvis had a kick ass stereo in that front room.

I'm glad. I've yet to receive one.

 

I obsessed over that stereo and racquetball room, and noticed that there's still several 70's remnants remaining. I spent most of my time in there.

I'd like to know what the rooms were on the main floor north wing off the kitchen. Bedrooms? Living room? Was it originally a servant wing? I never see pictures to that part of the mansion.
