Does their 20% off coupons work with pre-sale releases? I'm a member, but I keep getting an error message saying to put in my member number. Even when I'm already signed in.

No they do not work for presales , i tried it with the last coupon they had & it gave me the message no coupons on presale items .
I lucked out as it was an lp & the coupon was good til a few days after release .
