What are some really good and aggressive metal albums from the 80s?

And I don't mean Thrash, black, of death metal type of stuff. I mean more traditional metal and hard rock that's full of energy and Raw as *beep*. I don't want anything that's really minimal I want guitars blazing all over the place and abrupt changes in the speed. Hope that makes sense. Preferably stuff that's more obscure so I might not have heard of it.

From what you're describing I think Metallica, but they are not obscure. The "abrupt changes in speed" suggesting something more prog than regular metal like Motley Crue.
But for traditional, full of energy and guitars blazing, I would suggest the Vinnie Vincent Invasion album of 1986. Hair metal with not one bit of restraint on the lead guitar! He breaks every rule of tasteful playing... and then doubles down on it. The leads don't even match up with anything in the song and he doesn't care.

Metallics isn't what I want tbh. I find them very minimal (I think that's the word). I'm looking for something much less restrained. Will look into the other you mentioned.

'Minimal' and 'restrained' are not terms I've ever heard associated with Metallica. :)

Judas Priest Screaming For Vengeance, Point of Entry or British Steel. Whitesnake Slide it In. Anything by AC/DC. Any of Iron Maiden's first three albums (later ones are great too, but not as raw). Motorhead Ace of Spades.

Iron Maiden's 666: The Number of the Beast! Hell, most of their 80s albums are fantastic!

Absolutely unhinged. The drummer sounds like he and his kit are falling down the staircase. Messy, raw, a bit trippy in a way... Nothing else like it.

It's safe to assume you've heard and have an opinion on Motorhead. Ironically part of what made their sound so wild is that they weren't metal, but rock n roll on meth.

    Manilla Road - The Deluge
A real powerful elemental sound that largely eschews the tropes that gave the genre a reputation for theatricality (neoclassical melody, high pitched vox, etc). It's still as "true" as metal gets, they just developed their sound in a totally different way than most other 80s groups. The title fits, it's like a tidal wave of metal.

    Jag Panzer - Tyrants EP
Demos and EPs are your best friend if you want that raw amateurish chaos. This band cleaned up their act a bit on their debut (which is a campy uber-manly classic in its own right), but this EP has 100 punk bands' worth of sloppy energy.

    Sabbat - Sabbatical Holocaust
    Rabid oldschool Jap metal. Cult.

    Venom - Welcome to Hell
Assuming you haven't heard it... The horrible mix just adds to the sledgehammer-to-the-head sound.

    Mercyful Fate - s/t EP
I'm not sure how "aggressive" you can consider an album with a singer who sounds like a chick, but anyway, this is another highlight of classic metal at its rawest and most spontaneous.

Running Wild - Gates to Purgatory
Funny enough, this almost sounds like early black metal (eg Hellhammer/Celtic Frost) at times, even though it's pure speed metal. Goes to show it was all one unified blob in the 80s.

    Omen - Battle Cry
A little more formal sounding than my other recommendations... It's still pretty rough around the edges though, so it's worth a shot.

    -

Metal tends to take an Apollonian approach (rather than Dionysian), so other than these I'd point you to hardcore punk or something if aggression is what you want.

Check out this store`s website: The Armageddon Shop

There are two stores one in Mass and one in Providence. They also do a lot of mail orders. They specialize in obscure metal bands including plenty of rare 80`s stuff.I was listening to some older wild metal there wich sounded really cool and unknown to the other people there too.I should have got the names of the bands.Ha Ha!

Killers by Iron Maiden. Most aggressive album I've heard by them.

    Motörhead - Orgasmatron

    Death Angel - The Ultra-Violence

Also: Exodus - Bonded By Blood, Celtic Frost - Morbid Tales/ Emperor's Return (1999 remastered edition), Overkill - Taking Over

Lots of tempo changes, raw guitars, driving beats, and addictive melodies.

I've thought about it, I think you'd like these selections:

Savage's Loose and Lethal is a raw, high energy heavy metal album. Inconsistent but it's got some good songs.

Perhaps an even better idea would be Racer X Second Heat. It's a bit more in the vein of pop metal, but it's a first rate album, and has a lot of technical riffing throughout. A similar album, with a bit less riffing is Screamer's Target: Earth.
Racer-X Second Heat (Special Edition) »

Steeler Steeler, featuring KEEL and Yngwie Malmsteen - a pretty solid early eighties pop metal album. This is a good sampling with "Hot On Your Heels":
Steeler -04- Hot On Your Heels (HD) »

I would also second the suggestion of Vinnie Vincent's Invasion.
