Will we ever see The Beatles catalogue on SHM-SACD?

    I am sure they will eventually be in hi-res but ONLY after we have purchased every permutation of the catalog beforehand! 24/48 download followed a few years later by 24/96 download followed a few years later by 24/178 download followed a few years later by 24/192 download followed a few years later by SACD & Bluray physical Disc (including a free tee shirt). You get the drift!

    Really I would think the SACD format would be ideal for REMIXED Beatles, both stereo and 5.1 should it ever happen (probably not)

    Seems a no brainier, ok.
    Niche demand/ nerd approval.
    Money set aside if they ever materlise, for sure.

    And 720p is also consider HDTV. It's fine, but it doesn't really match up to 4K.

    Personally, I think 24/44.1 is fine as resolution, but the skeptic in me tend to think the didn't use 24-bit/96kHz because the cost of the USB stick would have quadrupled, cutting into profits. 192kHz certainly wasn't going for the same reasons. I might be silly, but they could have just changed the packaging and made it multiple USB sticks to keep the costs down.
