If you just want the one CD in a regular jewel case, that's definitely worth getting. Otherwise I'd recommend this:

    Warren Zevon - Original Album Series:Bad Luck Streak In Dancing School/Excitable Boy/Stand In The Fire/The Envoy/Warren Zevon - Amazon.com Music »

Third party sellers should have at a good price. I picked mine up for $10 at a local Barnes and Noble.

Update: The 2-disc 45 rpm Portishead Third lp arrived and, I''m happy to report, it won't be going on the shelf next to my warped and off-center Classic reissue of the mono Who Sell Out ($40). Not off-center, maybe the slightest warp, but nothing audible to me. Great album - I'd never heard it before but bought it because of its reputation and $5 price tag.

So thanks again to paul....r for the tip. Still $4.97 from import cds via amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-list...vnl_new_olp_sr?ie=UTF8&condition=new&qid=&sr=

Not sure if this was already posted or not:

    Passenger - Whispers LP - Currently $9.55 w/prime

Maybe worth checking out if you like folky singer-songwriter stuff. Can't vouch for the pressing yet as I haven't received my copy yet.

Thanks for the heads up on this. Got my copy today. This is a BEAST of a box set and a pretty solid way to get most of their music in one fell swoop.

If anyone is wondering about the Passenger 2xLP I posted above, the pressing is good with no major flaws. You'll probably want to clean and re-sleeve the records though. Musically it is much better than I expected, I primarily got this to play for my SO but ended up liking it myself. The second LP is all acoustic live stuff. I think I might like that more than the "main" LP in the set.

Anyone know anything about the current BYO LP pressings of 7 Seconds' The Crew and Walk Together, Rock Together? I had these on CD years ago (might have a copy of the latter somewhere still) but I wonder about these LP pressings. I checked Discogs and couldn't find any information about where they were pressed. Amazon has them for $10.99 each.

My copy just showed up. It's on fairly thick vinyl but there is no pressing plant identifier in the deadwax. The vinyl looks like something you'd get from a Rainbo pressed Scorpio title (scuffs, tons of white paper debris). TML is in the deadwax if anyone cares. There is a wavy warp on side A along with some scummy debris that I'm not sure can be cleaned off with an RCM or not. There is some clicking at the beginning of the first track. The b-side has a noticeable concave dish warp, but is playable. I'll probably return this one and try my luck with another copy. Sound wise, this isn't bad at all but the QC with the pressing leaves something to be desired. Consider yourself lucky if you can get a flat, flaw free copy of this one.

Mine showed up, and it is a pretty decent copy. No warps, just normal debris. Both sides sound OK. I will definitely return it and try again.

I think what he was trying to say is that he got a good copy, the entire batch isn't bad, I should try again and hope I get a better one.
