I have three: Под плач гитары моей (While My Guitar Gently Weeps) (in Russian) by Alexander Monakhov (Александр Монахов), Piangi Ukulele Con Me (While My Guitar Gently Weeps) (in Italian) by Fabio Koryu Calabrò and Soi Kitara Murheissaan (While My Guitar Gently Weeps) (in Finnish) by Topi Sorsakoski & Agents
You probably have it under the title Dekho Ab Toh Kis Ko Nahi Hai Khabar (I Want To Hold Your Hand) (in Hindi), which is correctly credited to Muhammad Rafi (and also mistakenly (?) credited to Shankar Jaikishan). Not sure where the Asha Bhonsle credit on YouTube comes from, and her name is anyway correctly spelt as Ashe Bhosle (no n) or आशा भोंसले
thanks had 2 of them. missed one. one wasn't marked added Под плач гитары моей (While My Guitar Gently Weeps) (in Russian) by Alexander Monakhov (Александр Монахов), can't find video.

Wow the singers are really off pitch on this!! I've never heard of this band, are they widely famous for any other of their records?
3 singles in the US https://www.discogs.com/artist/3054679-The-Villagers-5 The Villagers Profile: Florida band featuring Cliff Ellis, later a famous basketball coach. They hailed from Chipley, Marianne and Panama City. They issued "You're Gonna Lose That Girl"/"Laugh It Off" (Volume 100) in 1966. The sides were flipped for Fame's release in July, 1966 (Fame 1005). "You Can't Stay"/"Cool It" (Volume 101) was released in April, 1967. "Where Have You Been (All My Life)"/"Every Saturday" was issued on Volume (Volume 45-MS-1205) in August, 1967 and on Atco (Atco 6517) in September, 1967. Their last effort was released in March, 1968 : "Thank You Baby"/"A Shot Of Rhythm And Blues" (Atco 6568).
They released several other singles, but as far as I'm aware they didn't have any hits. Band member Cliff Ellis later became a famous basketball coach though.
