Al Stewart has at least two.

"The Last Day of June, 1934" on Past Present and Future. (The night that Ernst Roehm was murdered by Hitler).
"You Don't Even Know Me" on Orange: "All right I took you to the Hendrix Concert on the seventh day of May*, and through the summer of 1967 we were part of the seeds of change".

*Dearest anoraks: this would have been at the Saville Theatre, London

Zager & Evans's notorious "Mr. Turnkey" has the protagonist mention the date of his crime which was the same day as a famous festival (August 16, 1969).

Fourth of July - Pete Droge

    Like you, I've been hurt
Seen my face in the dirt
But I never reacted like you
The last time we met, you seemed so upset
When you left town you did not say bye
Then I heard you'd been seen way down in Eugene
    Working as a factory slave
And though the life that you took came from no storybook
You spent it before it was saved
    On the Fourth of July
See the sparks in the sky
When you're sick of the trying
And you're tired of the crying
    Then the Fourth of July
Is a good day to die
    They'll celebrate each year
    Your independence from here
If you only had just a glimmer of hope
Then I know you'd have done some great things
But you tossed out your gift
    And it's making me wish
I'd been there when you found yourself down
But you turned to no one
But a bullet and a gun
And the bang blended in with the day
And I sit here, and I drink
It still hurts me to think
Of the sad songs that we used to play
    On the Fourth of July
See the sparks in the sky
When you're sick of the trying
And you're tired of the crying
    Then the Fourth of July
Is a good day to die
    They'll celebrate each year
    Your independence from here

    I guess this means december 31, 1989:

"It's the end of a decade
    In another ten years time
Who can say what we'll find
What lies waiting down the line
In the end of eighty nine"

    Abba: Happy New Year (1980)

Sorry if I missed these earlier, but Bruce's "4th of July, Asbury Park (Sandy)", and "Christmas" by The Who....

I'm not positive that the dates are mentioned in the songs and not just the titles, but couple I remember for sure reference the dates in the lyrics:

Earth Wind & Fire, "September": “Do you remember/ The 21st night of September?”

    (Apparently I do!)

The Band, "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down", although god help me, I vastly prefer Joan Baez's version: “By May 10th, Richmond had fell”....
