Hi I'm eagerly waiting for these to appear or get firm release dates, but can't find any news apart from maybe Stand Up in July and SFTW in November?

Has anyone any info to give please?

I'm on the Stand Up team & I haven't started on Stand Up yet. When I'm finished I'll let you know. Hopefully I'll be done by the end of July. No word on Songs From the Wood.

If "Stand Up" won't be out until the Fall, then chances are "Songs from the Wood" won't be out until next Spring (2017) at the earliest.
    Just my best guesses...

I think creating a special box set for
SFTW and HH , combined would make sense since they are companion pieces

    artistically at least

October/November I was certainly anticipating. Really looking forward to what the package entails, and whether Stand Up will be in book format as well. :)

Thanks all. At least now I won't keep looking on Amazon in July.
There's a space on my CD shelving waiting for Stand Up and SFTW!

Is this the main edition or is there going to be a bigger set? Someone said 4 disc set. Thanks. Stand Up is my favorite Tull album.

    Steven on Facebook :

The next in the series of remixed classic Jethro Tullalbums is the band's 1969 breakthrough album Stand Up. "The Elevated Edition" will be released byParlophone on 18th November in the now familiar multi disc hardback book format. It features my stereo and 5.1 remixes of the original album and the Living in the Past / Driving Song single, plus an alternate version of Bouree. Also included on theCDs is a 1969 concert recording from Sweden where the band were opening for Jimi Hendrix, 4 songs recorded for the BBC, and the single A+B sides in the original stereo and mono mix form. The DVD includes video from the concert, the 5.1 mix, and 96/24 high res flat transfers of both the original and new stereo mixes. The book runs to 112 pages with an extensive history of the album, track-by-track annotations by Ian Anderson, plus rare and unseen photographs. It also includes the original album’s pop-up book artwork designed by James Glashow.
