Don't get me wrong. I enjoyed it in the moment tremendously. But the anticipation levels for me are always increased when I have no idea what he's going to play. I really enjoyed the two 2014 shows I went to for this reason.

I was at the Chicago performance last night, too, and it blew me away! I am a HUGE Springsteen fan and this was my first time seeing him live. He was extraordinary, one of the best concerts I've ever attended in my 36 years. I didn't think I could be a much bigger fan of The Boss than I already was, but I am now. I am still on a major high from this performance. Just outstanding from start to finish.

Is he still offering soundboards of his show?

Exactly! Bruce permanently spoiled me, both in length and in the performance itself. I will now attend two hour concerts thinking I got ripped off. LOL.

I've been to over 45 shows in Europe and the US but never caught New York City Serenade. One of the big rarities. Lucky start for the first show. Racing in the street and Backstreets too. Very nice set over all

Yes. They sound alright, could be much better(mix and mastering) of course but $15(flac) for a 3h+ show is a decent price

The 2016 ones are a lot better than the 2014 shows, mix-wise. Totally worth the $15 if you were there.

What are the chances of a blu ray / dvd being released of one of The River performances?

I would guess pretty good. I can see them releasing either a compilation of best-of songs/dates, or a full show from the second half of the tour. That said; Bruce is a prolific artist and I could see newer releases bumping or eliminating something like a River Tour release. I'm hoping there IS a Blu Ray release or something!

I don't think any of the shows were filmed. Based on Bruce's history he doesn't release live DVDs unless some other company ponies up the money and equipment to film them.

Remember that rumor about HBO planning to tape a performance of The River for a Vegas show that got canceled earlier this year?

Somehow even more excited to see Living Proof in there than the Greetings/WIESS smorgasbord during the first third of the show.

Wow. I think that's a definite download for me based on the setlist.

That's an incredible setlist. Wasn't really thinking about a download of this tour, but that may have changed my mind.

I was going to do a sign request for Pretty Flamingo when I see him for the first time in a few days. Nice to see it there. By the way, do you have to be in the general admission pit if you want any luck getting your request in?

My Dad and sister were there. That's pretty much a perfect setlist to me.

Best Bruce show I have seen to my taste. Listened to first 2 albums on the way up, then heard them again as the first 90 minutes of the show.

Missed the Shout and Jersey Girl to beat traffic.

Max was real beat at the end of the show. Didn't look to happy to get back up again to do Jersey girl. Or so I've read
