    Couple listens in and I like this a whole lot. It's his most focused/cohesive album since Niño Rojo from the Gira era. I wish he were as prolific as he once was and we could expect a follow-up a year from now, but it looks like he's settled into a much slower routine. All the same, talk about consistently high-level output. Good man.

    Thanks for the reminder. Was a big fan of his back in the acoustic/Bolan-warble years :cool:
    Haven't bought an album of his since Smokey Rolls Down Thunder Canyon. I'll check this out.

    Similar sound as Mala, which i love, but appart from a couple of highlights (Middle Names, Saturday Night) it doesn't grab me as much yet. Will keep on listening.
