I like it but I also like the original version as well.

 

And still better than most of the last few albums.

 

Not a bad cut.

The masher though, has left has mastering fingerprint.

i like it ok, but it really misses the bounce of little walter's original.

 

As I was listening to this, a part of me wishes it was Robert Plant on vocals..................

 

Reminds me of how much I look forward to hearing old man Jagger's harp.

Why is Mick singing like this? Granted, I haven't heard any Stones music past Tattoo You so he could have been doing this for years already, but it's the first time I've heard it. It just sounds so "clean." He's lost that snarl. He's an old man who's smoked cigarettes for 50 years, it should be even easier than when he was younger! God, I hope he doesn't use this voice for the Howlin' Wolf cover...

 

Well...not surprising. They've been phoning it in for so many years.

I'll wait for the album. I hope it sounds more organic than the cover art gives an impression of.
