it was Savage Amusement for me - my first ever CD purchase - and that was a special moment - that production just leapt out of my new CD player - so its more a moment of time thing that I hold that album so highly.

Huge fan of Humanity Hour 1 too - really surprising late career high - the other albums surrounding it pale in comparison.

I started off with Animal Magnetism, so that's still my overall favorite.

Just noticed some 50th band anniversary releases on Amazon; wondering if they'll ever release anything in hi-res digital download?

Also love this album from 1985. I and some of my friends of the time must of went through several vinyls and cassettes of World Wide Live.

Saw them tour this album when everyone turned up expecting to see Micheal! Wish a decent audio existed of I believe was a gig in Paris?

Lovedrive -- to me, this is perfection, from beginning to end. I especially enjoy "Always Somewhere", "Coast to Coast", and "Holiday". I saw them shortly after Animal Magnetism came out, and I think they played most of the songs from this album, so I was very happy. One of the guitarists also swung and swung and swung and swung his guitar, and I was really worried he was going to destroy it, but he threw it up in the air, caught it, and played a big chord on it. Doubleplusgood for non-destruction of instruments.
