The answer is yes. From what I can tell, the new vinyl set is exactly the same as the 2014 HD download and sounds terrific, although the volume on the vinyl seems quite low - you have to really turn that volume knob up to crank it.

Got mine today. Looked through the packaging briefly but haven't played yet. Like that they carried forward the essay and linear notes from the 90's CD release. Enjoyed reading that back in the day.

  3. The album rocks. Great sound and the drums bass guitar -all fabulous. Very crank able.

Amazing sound from a four piece. Definitely one of the best live albums. .

The drums are more dynamic than I've heard from any previous release of "Live at Leeds" on any format.

Yes, the replicated liner notes with commentary on each of the 14 tracks that comprised the 1995 cd release caused some momentary confusion on my part as I searched the packaging for the "missing" notes on the other 19 tracks of this 3-lp reissue.

Oh my, this new 3LP set is ..... really good (I mean really good) .... My wife even listened to it through with me, all six sides. Not loud enough for me, but hey. Anybody waffling, stop equivocating and just hit 'buy.' One of the best listens in years.

To me, it seems like the Ox is a little low in the mix on this new 3 LP set.

Really? That's a bummer. He's on fire at this gig. That was one of the great things about the original mix and their sound at the time - how fat he was. Wall of Sound.

So is it still not loud enough when you turn it up?

Well of course, but my wife gets this affliction, the "Turn it DOWWWwwns." so, Monday after she heads to work..... unless the snow doesn't melt sufficiently.

[ I tell her the Only way to watch the Seahawks on Sunday is to put on Live at Leeds real loud, kinda like Dark Side of the Moon and the Wizard of Oz together, but she ain't buying it. ]

I take it no poster is included in this version, which is the finest I have ever heard.

Wow, thankful I have an RCM. Probably the dirtiest new records I've ever bought. Hate when they use glossy paper for the inner sleeves. Makes the static extra bad. Cleaned up just fine though. Flat and no visible pressing defects. Looking forward to cranking these.
