Absolutely love that photo of McCartney from Broadstreet!

Very creative, and that Funky Silly Love Songs was jammin!

Me? The 1812 Overture came out when I was a sophomore in high school and then Ned Kelly died and the world changed.

Man, those were the days . Reading in the newspaper how President Rutherford B . Hayes was promising to make America great again, reading about the Panama Canal starting to be built, the first town being completely illuminated by electric lighting (Wabash Indiana) etc., etc.

Good times for a kid in high school!

I wouldn't put ANY stock in that "article". Rife with grammatical and factual errors ("The Beatles famously recorded for many decades"), it begs to NOT be taken seriously.

I didn't put too much thought into it, just food for thought.

I'm itching for new McCartney, I'm looking EVERYWHERE

What was your favorite decade of Beatles recordings? I know this is the common answer, but mine was the sixties.

I admire your well thought out answer . :D
I've spent the better part of seven minutes tossing this poser around in my head and I think I'm going to have to agree with you, so there are at least two of us that can think outside the box . :p

Big deel. It's not rifled with grandma and flatulence eras. It's not bagging to be takin serially.
Dun't be so such a Nick Negative.
There WILL be a track with Lady Gagme on the album too there.

Hopefully it won't be shelved but this track release may not be a good sign for the film.

It was clearly a hoax from the start: "Paul McCartney is going to make his fans happy with the new album" ;)

    Between the 50s, the 60s, the 70s and the 90s, I'd rank them: 60s, 90s and then 70s. Then the 50s :)

They recorded a lot of great song in the 70's. Here's my ranking, in order of best to worst:
