Thanks for the information MONOLOVER. My label is slightly different. It doesn't say "Made in Sweden". Does that mean I have a later pressing?
A 45 picture sleeve that has everything: cool car, cool garage band, cool label, cool girl in a miniskirt and a free STP decal (for you hippies out there STP was also a fuel treatment for cars).
No that's definitely a first or at least very early issue and made in Sweden, but with a slightly different back cover layout. Never seen that variation before but guessing some kind of export press.
Holy Car-Wheels-On-A-Gravel-Road, Batman! It's Lucinda Williams' latest album! There's a pic of Lucinda leaning against a car on the back cover, too.
I haven't posted this one before because until I pulled the album out the other day to listen to, I'd never really noticed there WAS a car on the cover. There's another picture on the back cover of Gauthier sitting in the back of what looks to be a very old sedan, perhaps a Packard? Neither the front or the back offer good photos of the car.
My photos are gone. Flickr changed their policy to limit the number of photos one can have, and I had to delete a bunch of pictures. I had forgotten about this thread (that I started!), so I may have to re-upload a bunch and make new posts sometime soon. Sorry folks, the nature of the Web.
